Annoying noises!

Without doubt it is further afield, but if you can stomach going to Wandsworth, then get yourself to Jack Barclay. Without a doubt the best service team I have ever dealt with. I'm lucky in that they're relatively local for me, but I could choose 3 other Audi service centres in the area. I know of others on here (RS246) that use them & I believe there is one chap who will only have his car touched by them who lives in Scotland.

There are discussions in the dealer section about them also. My only fault is that their valet guys aren't brilliant, but I am seriously being picky.

Thanks Smudge....to be honest a bit more distance to get good service and the likelyhood that they will actually listen to an issue is probably worthwhile.

Quick question, did you get your suspension noise sorted out? If so did they say what it was....?

They never confirmed to me what the issue was, they maintained they could not find any issues. They replaced the shock and the problem was solved.

So far so good, although having looked at the report, I can't find what it was they did. I'll obtain details & post it up.
