Something strange with my local dealer at the mo - sticking with Glasses guide prices only.
Under new ownership and a new showroom/workshop being built to cope with E-tron. Perhaps their p/x strategy is aiming to pay for it!

Think I need to keep my 4 quite a lot longer (and as per another thread, I have taken another year Audi full fat warranty out on her).

Emotionless faceless spreadsheet based valuations.

I am insulted for you!

If it's had the big 38k service and the discs have been done i reckon you could get 36 pretty easy and upto 38. With the colour and buckets you could find someone who would part with 40 if that is what they want.

Major Service on mine isn't due till, 44k as it had an extra service by the Audi dealer it came from, and it will be 3 years old by then so will be cheaper, discs done at 20k and are fine

Did you buy on finance? If so, you may be c. 50% through now (or in a couple of months)...once you are, you're entitled to hand it back...the 50% refers to the total amount payable and is detailed in the finance agreement. 30k is far too low.

I think it's finance deals that are killing the rs4's value just now. People handing back at the end of the deal/part way through to get the next new thing...

To be fair, its what I have done for the past 15 years, horses for courses and all that!

Still, hope you dont get stung on this one at around the 30k mark! Worth far more...

FWIW I've just traded in my 14 plate, lots of options but no pano roof, with 34k miles for £31k. Obviously could have got more private, but I couldn't be doing with the hassle.

I know I'm not in a rush to move it, but have dropped the price a touch, as I'm getting a few bites I'm not selling it on the cheap it's a rare colour and spec
