0-60 Times

Post by V8mark » Tue Jul 18, 2017 9:37 am

Hi,

I've just bought a Kiwi ODBC interface that links to an app on a phone to look at the various info available.... anyway... it also logs 0-60 times, not sure how accurate it is but my results were

Comfort mode - 5.2sec
Dynamic mode - 4.8sec
Launch control - 4.3sec

Like I said, not sure how accurate it is, but it shows the difference between the modes.

I really really hope the launch is right!

Thought some might be interested

Cheers

How do you do launch control on our cars? Saves me digging out the owners manual.

Mark do you need an OBD2 connector and if so which one did you get?

@ Wheelfurb
Launch control .... put the car into Dynamic, Switch off the Traction Control ........ from a complete stop hard on the brakes, floor the accelerator (engine will rev out to about 6k and hold the revs) and then lift off the brakes ... simple and effective!

@ marc1
I used a PLX Kiwi3 ODBC Bluetooth Scan Tool, if you enter that into Amazon search it should come up at about £100ish ... nice little toy!

cheers

It doesn't have to be in Dynamic, it'll do it in any mode
Just switch off the traction control to point 1 or 2, and put your left foot on the brake at a standstill and nail the throttle
