Appreciate the replies, didn't sleep that well last night as quite excited! Tomorrow is pick up day
I think you will need new door cards too - I spoke to a freelance Audi specialist who had done this on previous models but not to the B8, and his estimate was 2-3K. I also had a quote from a place in Milton Keynes which was 3K.

If you do it, then i'd be really keen to know if you can get it done cost effectively as its the one thing i wish I had. In fact, if you find someone who says they can do it, maybe we would get a better deal if they did 2??!!!! group buy and all!!

Anyhow, good luck with the pick up tomorrow, its an awesome car and i'm sure you will love it.

Gareth at Hazzy days quoted for memory seats and memory mirrors on my RS5 it was hundreds not thousands and all genuine Audi parts, his work is second to none, I will try to find the quote

Well, all picked up and she is lovely. No paintwork history or any marks except a minor mark on a wheel which I knew about and one on another which they removed £100 for. It is a fabulous car to drive with lots of different characters. Great sound, great handling and lively looks. To say I am over the moon is an understatement. It has the sports pack and techlnology pack, I was expecting the blind spot notification lights but it doesn't have them, are these a different option?

It has the extra cornering bulbs which think they all do, they are a bit yellow in comparison to the zenons, does anyone have a recommendation to change them, are they H7?

Thanks for the tip on hazzy dayz

Yes it was bought from BMW/ mini in Wolverhampton, it was a part x against a BMW, weirdly they are next to an Audi garage. What a great car, though they seem real jeckle and hyde

Huge congrats. Picked mine up in November. Similar spec but in Sepang. It's the first car I have owned which I seek out excuses to drive - "What's that, are we running low on scouring pads?, I'll go and grab some." After loads of S variants, this is the real deal.

I just had the perfect drive in to the station, 20 minutes, dark,, back roads, loads of water around bur the car just cuts through the conditions with ease. Looking at moving into either an R8 or RS6 but that's due to my itchy feet and if I end up with this car for 2 years after all, I'll be a happy man.
