Welcome Gordon and FON!

I think Ross had to have his taken off as Audi grumbled about a DRC warranty issue and had to go back to standard - viewtopic.php?f=61&t=115971&start=135#p755706

Are you thinking of having one fitted?

Unfortunately not - my car has some DRC issues with Audi and they took exception to the JCWF exhaust being on claiming it was knocking (it wasn't!) so the exhaust is off the car until the DRC is resolved. My car is booked in in a few weeks time for more work at Audi, and after that it'll be back to JCWF as soon as possible to continue with the work!

Just bumping this back up there!

Due to the issues with Bedford Audi and the comedy of them not wanting to warranty work on a car with an aftermarket exhaust (Hitchin didn't mind!) the JCWF exhaust prototype was put on hold until my DRC issues are in a better situation.

Well, I'm pleased to report that the car has spent another week with JCWF again this week and they're back to making more work. It's a new full system - different resonator section, new back boxes, and (hopefully as I type this!) the new tailpipes should be underway. We're on revision 3 now, and very close I think to how we want it sounding. I've not heard it in this guise yet, but Jon assures me it's louder than the last system you guys might have heard at AITP whilst has also removed that last bit of resonance the last test system had.

Pics as soon as I have them. On the plus side, once we're (JCWF and me) are happy, they're new EPIC pipe bender should give them the ability to run these out quickly and efficiently for other customers!

Dyno runs were done with the stock system and will be done when we're completed here too for reference.

If you fancy one of the very best systems on the market, please give Mark at JCWF a call on 01933 274579.
