Rev up automatically after a complete stop and a dead pedal

Hi guys,
I find something interesting about my RS4. Its engine revs up automatically to 1500-2000 rpm and hold for a few seconds after a complete stop sometimes.
Do your RS4/RS5 perform the same way??I really don't think this is how RS4 is designed to be.
The dealer did a software update, but this didn't help...
An other problem is a dead / not reacting gas pedal. The gas pedal doesn't respond for like 5 seconds. I have to pump the pedal a couple times before the trans and engine figure things out, then it goes back to normal. very infrequent, but disconcerting when it happens. It happend 1 time in a traffic jam and 3 times after breaking for a roundabout.
I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me with this problem.

Now i'n going back to the dealer with this solutions.
