I've actually got the original cover for my webber, but I wouldn't be so brash as to post a picture of it on the internet.

Lovely marble top around the BBQ but such a let down that the cabling on the back of the house is so unsightly ;-)

Re: Daybona - It's good but Daybona 2 is infinitely better due to better track models and less reliance on compression lockup. The original Daybona only had 1 corner per track that required use of the brake, and even then it was only if you got your entry position wrong. Other than having to launch part throttle, once rolling, your whole game will be WOT with no brake, you change the attitude of the car with completely unrealistic compression lockups. Mostly 4th to 2nd at 200MPH, there's even a number of 4th to 1st gear changes and never with even so much as a lift-off. Gets dull, quickly.
You can master it in under a month casual to medium play, all tracks in both directions, then it only becomes fun if you race someone else better than you.
Daybona 2 never really gets boring due to the higher level drift mechanics and challenging expert level cars. Personally, Battle Gear 3 represents the most bang for buck at the moment but I'd invest in an Adam's Family pinny before it's too late. Just sayin'.
Thought this was a car forum not a site full of jealous haters ....

Here you go , something else for you to slag off .... :assflash:
Nice BBQ.

It is a car forum. You're the one posting about bathrooms, bedrooms, BBQs, arcade machines and whatever else. Maybe you need reminding that this is a car forum...

While you're at it, would you care to mention who you think is jealous hating on you?
fair enough...... I had a few sh!tty PM's and got the arse..

i'll be careful not to stray in future and careful what to capture in the pics

back on car stuff then . when a friend bought an M3 it had to have a running in service , I asked the dealership if the RS4 required one and he just basically said don't thrash it for a few hundred miles.

is there any better advice than this

Don't worry about what you post. Post what you like, it's just a bit of fun around here as long as you don't mind a bit if pi$$ taking from time to time

Re running in. The book does have a very Rev based process for it, but on my Rs cars, the dealer has just told me to be sensible for the first couple of hundred to let stuff bed in and then probably avoid driving like a track day within the first thousand
Having seen how they're driven in the factory tests off the line, I wouldn't worry too seriously about keeping below 3000 for 200 miles etc etc as it probably stipulates in the handbook
The only minor concern I've ever had is that the dealer always instructs this verbally at handover and should your engine blow up down the line somewhere later in life, he may have a sudden loss of memory if Audi uk are contesting a new engine claim as the ecu recorded a run in 'not in line with manual'
Personally, I've always been reasonable careful for first 1000 or so, but still had blasts up to the auto shift point at 8k

Fwiw, here's a typical forum bbq (don't scrol down if you're at work)
