Free Stainless exhaust anyone..?

Hi all

We've been asked by Scorpion Exhausts to post on here as they want to develop a full system for the B8 RS4 and as I'm already Milltek'd up I thought we could open it up to a lucky member on 246.com

They will need your car for 7-10 days and the car would be dyno'd before and after and "some" motorway miles to check for resonance or drone...

Obviously as a thank you the owner would receive a free full system of their choice (res, non-res etc) and they would probably get a hire car for you while your baby is in their hands.

Car would be stored overnight and fully insured while under their care.

They're based in Derbyshire and if anyone is interested please PM little Glen and he will forward your contact details onto their R&D guy.

They offered me the same deal last year at Audi driver ....turned them down as the car was only a couple of months old .. but still 10 months later and still no more near the r&d stage !!!!

I think they've been flat out all this year and its raised its head again as they're getting asked by customers who've maybe had a B7 system....
Does seem like a long time to get one done but they have done an RS5 system I'm told.

Mines only about 3 months old so a bit nervous!

I've ended up running the res system but it's a little too quiet for motorway driving.

However I'm working with them on other options as we speak.


The centre pipes are interchangeable if you change your mind.

I only live an hour away so pretty close.

It will take 7-10 days, mileage wont be that high...as they will concentrate on th edyno before and after plus some roaddriving to check for noise levels...100miles i guess..

Doubt the car hire will be amazing, but yo could discuss with them if you wanted to go ahead.

Obviously you will get your own exhaust back when theyve done plus a free system of your choice
