(Nicely specced 2013 Ibis with decent spec for £49k - for those who are URL-challenged)

Looks pretty poverty to me.... :drink:
Hadn't seen one for under £50k that's all.......still a £58k spec.

There are quite a few 2013 cars under £50k, lowest priced I've seen is a 2012 car at £42k, I would guess trade is around 15% under those numbers.

Hi all, I have a question about service plans - I'm about to buy a new B8, I got a decent deal on the price of the car itself, but am looking for a discount on a multi-year (probably until 2020 as I intend to keep the car a long time) service plan as well. The dealer is putting a proposal together but I've no real understanding of what is good or bad because this is my first Audi. How much per year (single service as we won't be doing high mileage) should I expect to pay please?

Thanks in advance,
Andy

Only likely to require service once every two years. First service should be 500-600. Second will be more.

Thanks. The brochure quotes £59 per month for a service and maintenance plan (everything except tyres basically), which sounds a lot in the context of what you said. It sounds like if I was paying for services at the time it would be along the lines of £600-800 every two years, is that about right? I'm obviously only going to pay for the plan up front if it represents a significant saving.

I got quoted £350+VAT each for the first & second services (variable, as directed by the dash on the car).

Hi peeps,

Am looking around for a RS4 BTO:

4 year warranty
B&O
Black Styling
Carbon engine bay trim
Convenience pack
Driver assistance pack
Exclusive Paint
Fine nappa (non-bucket)
High Beam assistant
Load area -> is it worth it ? as I often have my shopping flying around in the boot of my RS3
Panoramic roof
Privacy glass
Red brakes -> might change this.. as prices are becoming tad dear
Load map & bumper cover
Sports package

After 10% disc to £60,243.50 inc. delivery.

Was wondering if anyone managed to haggle this further and get the dealer to include the 'audi contribution' offer going around..?

The contribution is split 50/50 Audi UK and dealer. If you take finance you get the lot, if you don't then you just get a discount from the dealer off their bottom line.

The dealer provided:

£6526.5 as discount
£2000 as the Audi contribution

Am going via PCP.. assumption if I paid all up-front, I'll wont be getting that £2K off..

Correct.
But you can take the finance and then phone up and pay it all off without penalty 2 weeks later
Early repayment is circa £100 admin fee

Decided to remove the 4 year warranty.. afterall I'm going for a 36 mths PCP.

Also the red brakes.

Was wondering what are youre thoughts on the Load area rail system ? also the reversible load mat with bumper cover..?

You're only saving about £1,000 so it won't make any difference to your deal and probably would equate to about £20 a month on an average PCP.

The price you've been offered by Kings Lynn is I would suggest as good as a deal that you'll get at present.
