I've got the engine cover. Completely fecking pointless. I think I've opened the bonnet twice.

Lily Allen video, (clue to which in the instrument cluster) but please don't tell the missus, she'll think I've lost it.

Nah, too much fecking about, the few hundred saved won't be worth the hassle in the grand scheme of things IMO.

Thought i'd bring this up to date.
Been trying not to think about the car as i ordered it quite a while ago but the more i read about other people ordering and their dates are close to mine,
i've started to get a little excited, just a little!!
Total wait should be around 7 months, i know thats a wait but I know it'll be worth it, plus i just waited that long for an Abarth 595c,
I think the wait makes it even more special IMO.
Hopefully expecting delivery in July.

Did your delivery slip towards July? Do you at least have a confirmed build date from Kings Lynn ?
Cancelled mine with them as suspected no allocations left and ordered end of feb with another dealer with an order in the system I could change. Car coming in 3 weeks now.

No didn't slip and yes have it confirmed, just had extras that would make the build time longer i.e. exclusive paint and suede steering wheel,
knew it would be a wait but was not that bothered.
Great news for you then with only 3 weeks left, whats the spec?

High beam assist is worth adding on for the sake of £110, I find it really useful on the RS 6 on country lanes.

Definitely worth it mate, with the amount of new RS4s coming in July we should get a July meet organised.

Good plan. It'll be nice for it to be not just Silas and I representing the b8 corner as before
I'll be glad to have some space again after cramping my family into this RS5 for the last month or so

I'd be up for a meet also, one week in mine already and loving it. Not sure where most people are located?
