Yes that is right they were supposed to be but my dealer never charged me for them as he spoke to Audi UK.doodlebug wrote:I'm pretty sure at launch it was a double whammy, ridiculous though it was.535dboy wrote:doodlebug wrote:Well, they aren't charging for V-Spokes on top of the Sport Pack now, so that's a good chunk of saving.
I'm not sure they actually ever did, unless of course that was my discount.

Re: Discount on RS4
In negotiations to buy new off the shelf car.
Also trying to sell my year old well specced 991 C2S under 5K miles. Similar cars being offered at c. £75K plus but best offer I've had is £64K
Independent specialist dealer says its a lousy market and I should take his cash and screw my Audi dealer. He says I should be aiming for 10% off list for a new in stock car.
I was assuming I'd be doing well to get 5% off but then I was hoping for £68K for my car
Any thoughts? The RS4 has been around a while now and perhaps less in demand with summer approaching.

Re: Discount on RS4
The RS4 hasn't been around THAT long really, first customer cars 6 months ago or so.
There are a few physical cars in stock, but most dealers will work on the basis that they will get asking price unless it's Java Green or has some other odd spec. If you are looking to trade then they will have you slightly over a barrel in that they can effectively get whatever they want out of the deal. You'd be in a far better position with cash in your pocket and finding a dealer who's had a physical car for a little while.

Re: Discount on RS4
Surely it is unlikely that a dealer would have a car in stock unless it was a cancelled order?
My dealer group didn't even bother with a demo

Re: Discount on RS4
If you click on the broad speed link they are offering around 7k discount. I believe their cars are dealer sourced and they act as broker/ introducer. Never used them but would certainly give them a go if I was in the market for a new rs4.

I think that they deal mainly with Maidestone Audi.
Guess at which pricepoint the depreciation kicks in.....

I bought a BMW335 E92 thru Broadspeed, worked really well and TBH would never buy from a steeler direct again. hate that hassle of haggling for discount.ARSEY4 wrote:If you click on the broad speed link they are offering around 7k discount. all they did in a nutshell was put me in touch with with a main dealer with pre-negotiated discount
picked up the car day after launch day with in effect free leather and Logic7
of course if you want to trade a car in then it limits your options as guess what big discount on the new one, means bottom price on your trade in

Re: Discount on RS4
Yes I have heard good things about them and the discount they have been offering on the RS4 has been around for some time which is why I cant understand why some of the above paid list unless the Broad Speed price isn't correct but I have no reason to see why it is not due to the positive reviews.parlee-king wrote:I bought a BMW335 E92 thru Broadspeed, worked really well and TBH would never buy from a steeler direct again. hate that hassle of haggling for discount.ARSEY4 wrote:If you click on the broad speed link they are offering around 7k discount. Re: Discount on RS4
^ I've not used Broadspeed before but I have used drivethedeal; 5k off a 31k car, effectively thru Leicester Audi. There are some using these deals, walking into a stealer and demanding a price match.
Decent discounts avail for the C7 too.
