The C6's were £80oddK but got discounted massively due to timing of recession and 5.0TT V10 that does 8mpg!

The C7 will cost £80k again no doubt and easily spec to £100k

I actually have an official car market data db on my laptop.
C6 RS6 OTR price was £78280
C6 S6 OTR price was £56485.0000
RS4 was £50782

So figure in 30k difference... given RS4 starts at £55k now then I'd say it'd be pushing 85k for the new rs6.
All depends on what toys from the S6 are standard (and there are lots more available on the S6 than new RS4).

That's a lot of cash. Moving into panamera territory performance wise surely (if that takes your fancy).

Hard to argue the C6, however if one wants a more tossable car, a TTS B7 will give just about any C6 a run for its money , as long as it is not a pointless 100 mph to 200 mph race. There is already an APR supercharger kit for the RS5 getting ready to launch, and it will translate nicely to the b8 RS4 .

While those 4.2 + SC may be down 15% on power to the big RS6, the B7 is also down about 20% in weight, so dynamically it should be just fine.

I'm pretty certain there's a Sepang one on the road down my way (Kent / East Sussex) - thought I caught a glimpse the other day but wasn't sure, then spotted again today

Anyone on here confess to snarling past my house making me jealous?!.....

Was in Dealer yesterday, having mine seviced. They had 2 in, A sepang demo, and misano customer car. I must admit the sepang did look better in the flesh than the pics I have seen. I know its all personal but I do like the arches, but guess I am biased cos I have a 6.

Stafford mate, my local. They also told me the guys that have been out to the launch in Germany have seen both the RS7 and RS6 as physical cars :biggrin3:

Good. I love the look of the C7, and the new 4.0T engines are epic. Looking forward to these.
