the rear looks PHAT

the front looks abit pants ... BUT, red is a rubbish colour and those wheels are gash, and the silver optic look rubbish

I agree, let's see how it drives and the rear looks chunky, I like it, the front I'm not so sure but maybe it will look better in the flesh. Will this only come in automatic? I've driven a 7 speed S tronic across German country roads and the autobahn and as good as it is I think they should keep the 4 manual and the 6 auto. The B5 and the B7 are both great cars, I hope this is too.

I'm changing my mind... the exterior is a poor effort, Audi.

When the RS5 was unveiled the exterior left me emotionless. I was disappointed as I consider myself an Audi man now. My opinions didn't really change when I saw a few RS5s in the flesh, and now that it's a well established (if rare) sight on UK roads it's still 'meh' in my books.

This new RS4's exterior leaves me feeling the same. I hoped the extra photos would change my mind but sadly not: Audi has now used exactly the same mediocre design template on the whole RS line in the looks department. Maybe that's what Audi is about an I've missed the point entirely. Yes, they do that with the non-RSs, but isn't supposed to look slightly more special than this? Just my overly judgemental opinion. Feel free to disagree!

As far as driving/performance go and take a drive of a RS5 at a dealer which will give you an idea as its essentially going to be the same car.

Driven the RS5 and didn't feel anywhere near as envolving as the B7 RS4 did. Its a shame Audi has taken the RS model cars mainstream, they used to be rather special....

apparently no fogs these days as the DRL's do a good enough job, this is what Ive heard Also not a fan of the exterior, looks like every other RS model now, and doesnt have the nice flared wheel arches, like JC said when they did the B7 Rs4 run, that the big powerfull people start walking around with there hands away from there sides makes them look big and power and thats what the B7 did, this looks like a normal B8 with different grill
