Space Saver Wheel - Is this yours?

Hi Guys,
I am looking around for a space saver wheel for the RS3.
Any ideas who I can speak to buy one or maybe use one compatible from another VW or AUDI car. Dealership is telling me that it should be an 18 inch rim with a tyre having the following measurements - T125/70 R18.
In the meanwhile I have found this:
