Job done. Cannot fault Audi UK's response. Parts at dealer within three working days of asking the question.

How do I contact Audi uk by phone or email? Could you let me know their telephone number or email address, as I looked on the Audi uk website and couldn't find any contact details.
Thanks!

Thanks!
Worked a treat, they called me within a couple of hours and sent the parts to my local dealer, no problems.
Will let you know how it went once everything is fitted.

Mine too. Called Audi UK who were very efficient and got the kit sent to my local dealer. New discs, pads. Seems fine in the 10 min drive home. Can't fault their customer service, was exemplary...

Mine's been done now together with a 'Haldex' controller update which was also a recall issue.
Car worked well for the trip home but the exhaust was much, much louder when the sport button was pressed and the car 'felt' quicker off the mark???
Can't quite work out how having new front brakes and a haldex software update has achieved that but he'll I'm not complaining.
I feel I should also add that the customer service from Audi UK and Stafford Audi was exemplary, everything carried out as expected and couldn't be more helpful, are the good old days of excellent customer service back?

Don't hold your breath with Stafford Audi, try them again and report back if you have a problem. Chris on the front desk is brilliant but the rest of them, not so sadly.

Just called ACS and enquiries regarding squeaky brakes. Interestingly the reply was "it's a known issue and we are working with Audi Germany to identify a resolution". This surprised me given the recently activity with brake replacements. I said this to the guy and he advised me this was a proactive response by Audi Uk and it was a "test". He also said if I was willing to be part of the test group then that would be ok. Waiting for a call back.

My brakes have been swapped by Stoke Audi (same group as Stafford) and they were brilliant, although had to chase Audi CS for an update as to what was going on.... :drink: But at this point in time they are still spongey... :boohoo:

However a friend of mine also with an RS3 wanted folding mirrors fitting, he always uses Stafford Audi and like me with Stoke has a good rappor with them, however on enquiring they advised him it couldn't be done...but Stoke Audi did fit them to both our previous S3 and also A6.

I have only used Stafford for looking at a new car and have been very disappointed with the sales staff!!! :audibash:

I can agree with you somewhat on Stafford Audi their sales team have become number crunchers rather than genuine car enthusiasts and the service team have in the past let themselves down badly, however on this occasion they did do extremely well. I don't think its fair to start naming names as regards individual service but generally I like many others prefer to deal with a fellow enthusiast when seeing our local dealer or at the very least someone you feel comfortable chatting to as regards your personal requirements, Audi however seem to want to deviate away from this philosophy and just want stock cars sold, as soon as you talk about Audi Exclusive anything they start talking 12 months lead-time and why don't I save the money and have this or that stock vehicle, all very BMW if you ask me.
I drive 25 miles to use Audi Stafford rather than Audi Tamworth, Wolverhampton or Halesowen because they have looked after us, whether they will in the future with so many changes in personnel recently is another matter altogether.

I am 2 years into TTRS ownership and it took multiple visits, many sets of pads, new disks and I still get squeal when warm......maybe I'll call ACS. Cars going soon so may not bother as Rea*ing Audi are rubbish.

Talked to the service manger at Aberdeen Audi after my B8 RS4 test drive today and he is up to speed on the issue and already has some kits in stock.

So if it is not to far head to them.
