Suzuka Grey - An unpopular choice?

Post by P_G » Wed Oct 03, 2012 1:33 pm

Just curious as I saw and RS3 today with Suzuka paint, black pack, titan rotors and black roof rails and it looked really nice but I notice the ones for sale are predominantly white, black, red or occassionally Daytona grey.

Anyone else got a Suzuka RS3; if so good choice. :beerchug:

Yep, lead time killed it, utterly ridiculous.

Still, not a patch on Sepang.

The dealer told me they had to wait 20 months for the one I have. Purely because of the paint, nothing else.
By Audi standards the finish is pretty good on it

Guys

When I ordered mine way back nearly 2 years ago, there were discussions with the stealer about lead times. Some delays were discussed mid 2011, due to some pigment for the paint which normaly came from Japan. At that point they had a big wave which was blamed for the pigment delays. This did effect particular colours, suzuka could have been one.
