RS5 used for cigarette raids

Post by PhilT » Fri Jul 13, 2012 8:58 am

"The Audi RS5 was travelling so fast that a police helicopter struggled to keep pace with it"
"a crude respray, which changed colour from silver to black"
“Despite the BMW being a powerful car, it was absolutely no match for the Audi.”

I've always thought that best way to avoid helicopters would be to find the busiest shopping centre I could, into the car park and into the building.
Maybe with added shouting of "He's got a gun!" to get some crowd panic...
Never had the need to try it though ;)

Kinda like if you shout "we're all going to die!" in a library everybody just gets cross... Do the same in an aeroplane and everybody else joins in! ;)

Obviously the limiter is very weak or its been de-restricted, to be able to do 180?

Its actually not a derestriction, simply a raised 'limiter' to 174 Mph not 180, derestricted by MTM it does 188MPH...... :D

Has anyone actually found their car to have a 155 limiter? Anyone I've ever seen posting about their high speed shenanigans always appear to be significantly over the 155 mark, making me wonder if it's just an 'on paper' limit.
