After originally placing an order on the new RS6, I've reevaluated (due to high monthly combined with higher running costs and overall size of the car) and cancelled the order and placed an order for a RS5 instead.

Going for Sepang blue with sports pack, V alloys, black pack, bucket Seats, tints, folding mirrors, B&O.

Had a S5 previously which I loved the look of and cabin, but didn't appreciate how it drove. I swapped for a 5 door as we were due a baby, but now that she's here we don't actually need two five doors (wife has a Q5).
On reflection, after having a new S3, the S5 drove pretty well actually, certainly much better than I gave it credit for, so here's hoping the RS5 moves that on to a new level.

Just waiting to find out lead time.

Congratulations, Sepang looks really good with black optics and V spokes. Did you manage a discount?
Its a pretty roomy car really and the boot is plenty big enough for child associated kit.

I've got an 18 month old boy who fits comfortably in my RS5 (at the moment) he is just starting to touch the back of the front seat with his toes outstretched so a seat protector will be due soon...

No problems with boot space so far - just did a weekend away with his pram, travel cot, wife's bags (a lot) and had no problems. My wife has an A5 Sportback so use that for trips to B&Q & the tip etc

I just opted for a divorce that way my 5 year old sits up front with me

Delivery mid-late November.......

Been seeing a lot of Sepang recently and the more I see it the more I question if it's a colour I could live with.

A visit to the dealer who have a S5 in Sepang and RS4 in Suzuka just now has sealed it.

So changed my order to Suzuka grey with black pack and added the sunroof.
Rest remains the same.
Order fixed now, so that's me done with my meddling.
Build week 46......

Did you spec the sports exhaust with the black trims Craig?

Yes, specced the sports pack.
