They've both had their EU qouta of lard sandwiches but the Beemer carries it a lot better. Still I reckon the footballers and WAG's will love the RS5..

so it comes down to size, perhaps the A5 is longer, wider, longer wheelbase?

Ive been noticing this??? FFS Audi..every model now has RS4 style wheels..or parts that are the same as RS models!!! They certainly know how to f@@k up any exclusivity associated with their high performance arm (Quattro GMBH)!!!!

Talk about milking it....

FFS AUDI KEEP YOUR RS,S EXCLUSIVE!!!!! The cars are just morphing into the same looks.

They are just using their heritage as a marketing tool to flog more cars, it does detract from the RS/S brand.

That's daft, but's happening all the time now. The exclusive BMW M3 CSL wheels are now available on the new M3 special edition of some sort, although have not been fitted to the "lesser" models yet

It's the marketing people not understanding that heritage actually means something and is worth protecting, they devalue everything and bring it down to the lowest common denominator... money.

Everyone talks about quality but very few have a clue what it means and even less how to provide it.

Ironic that the last cars with unique wheels are the B6/7 S4, and D3 S8, not the RS brand

??

Didnt both those models share wheels with the S3 mk 1 and 2

Fair enough RS wheels becoming the next Audi wheel....but at least start them off on the RS as exclusive....whats the huge premium for!

Got sent this link today, still struggling to get excited about it, I know pics can lie but it really does look like any other S5.

If I were to go for one and it is a big IF, I would definitely put my RS4 steering wheel on it. The non flat bottom one looks gash IMO. Apart from that, I really like the interior.

External looks at first glance seem boring. I will wait to see one up close before making my mind up though.

So, is there to be no more RS4? If so, why not?

Get some SS+ on it and I think it could look 1000 times better - riding SO high in those pics!

I read somewhere that you can option the flat bottom steering on the RS5.
