Absolutely if you were to throw in a wee bit of anything other than bone dry race track (or replace the 'ring familiar pilots with novices) and I'd be fairly confident the M6 wouldn't even be close.
Agree than on a wet track at the 'Ring, the RS4 would have an advantage.

On a straight track (wet or dry) the M6 would have an advantage.

What matters is that they have the same time on a dry track at the 'Ring.

pilots or novices alike.

Completely and utterly destroy?? Maybe a wee bit of an exaggeration perhaps? A fair bit quicker in a straight line no doubt.
so what is the difference in top speeds? I think at least 10% :)

I'd suggest the RS4 is easier to drive fast by mere mortals Sims, not race drivers or people who have a lot of experience on a particular track, so I'm not so sure. :D

I really want an RS5 but I just don't think I am going to be able to justify the price, not when you start considering what else you can buy for the same money and once you include used cars you could have anything including R8, 911TT etc.

I am gonna have to be amazed by it. Problem is my deposit is currently refundable but they are bound to call me soon to ask for my spec and details and at that point ask for a larger deposit and commit. Don't think I can do that until I drive one.

......agree Steve, was in the dealers today and they showed me the detail that hit the Audi website Friday........togther with the starting price of £57k. To me thats' £70k by the time you've got ceramics and all the toys on board. £12k more than mine when it was new. Tough one!

Got to say looks so much better in grey with the tints.

Think they've chosen the wrong colour {red} to launch the car IMHO
Mint Optic Pack saloon in Daytona Grey (Now sold)
B7 RS4 in Sprint Blue (Gone to a very good new home)
Evo V1 (wish i'd kept)
Numerous M3s
