Given that it's an option priced over 1k you'd hope it actually did exist.

On the Autocar test for the RS4 they said that the actual limiter speed worked out at 163mph (260kph?/). The agreement with MB< BMW etc is the official limit is 155 (250kph). I recently recorded 162 on the clock which was 158 on a GPS speed camera on the A4 (German one of course!) with no hint of limiter.

Too late, the fine is in the mail. My advice: only take the driver awareness course but only if it's offered in Wales, everywhere else is crap.
No matter where you go, there you are.

"In footage recorded from the police helicopter, sparks were seen coming from underneath the car."
Think they were confused with watching back to the future but the best bit is....

"The judge added: "This was an atrocious piece of dangerous driving. You drove through the suburban streets of Wolverhampton at speeds [with] which the police car could not keep up.
"You were driving on the wrong side of the road. There was a moment in that pursuit when the helicopter thought that your intention was to out-run the helicopter.
"It was the most appalling piece of driving."

Yes shame on you for trying to get away from the law!!! Anyway, glad that is over with, giving Audi drivers a bad name
