Post by johny1980 » Wed Oct 01, 2008 1:38 pm

Due to a change in my job role it looks like im gonna have to do a lot lot more miles and the S6 might just not be practical enough so im gauging interest.

A shame as i love the car

NO LONGER FOR SALE

Post by tonyS6 » Mon Dec 08, 2008 11:54 am

Just to say that I have withdrawn mine from sale as I'm not prepared to lower the price any further. Far too good a car to let go for silly money so I'm keeping it! :blackrs4:

Yikes, may get it just in case mine breaks down ;) - If you cannot find a buyer at this price it would be amazing.

I have now had mine nearly 4 months and would not give it up despite just having a 80k mile service + aircon recharge (cost more than i last paid for my mondeo box).

Yeah, just hold onto it, with petrol at 82.9p a litre, theres no better time to run a V8... I got my air-con recharged for £50 by a local guy..

Running fine on the cheapest stuff I chuck in the tank, a fine blend of sainsburys, shell & morissons at the mo. My new years blast up to wales (round trip of 320 miles) with a fully loaded car (2 kids, wife + stuff) kept a pretty steady 70+ as it was all motorway + dual carriage prob used a tank in total.

Cant wait for august this year, missus got me tickets for the belgian gp, pickup my bro on the way in london then drive the s6 to spa and back again - that some 450+ miles each way - cannot wait :)

S6's for sale

Post by ronaldmacdonald » Wed Feb 18, 2009 9:25 pm

Hello

I am returning to the fold after 2 years or so of M5 ownership. I am looking to pick up an S6 or S4 in the next couple of weeks - W reg or later. I saw your S6 on the bay. Is it possible to get a pic of the ding? Does anyone know the black S6 currently on the bay 200 X reg? Sounds pretty good to me but its been a while since I had an "S".

Cheers

Ronald
