Black Edition Rotor Alloy Question

Are these diamond cut on the outer part?
Looking for to repair a minor scuff on the edge. Can anyone recommend a good refurber/repairer?

Not sure myself, but the guys at revolution mentioned they new somebody who repaired these wheels when I was in getting tyres on my Black Edition Diesel Hack.

Ta hammy969...Gateshead is over 250 miles from where I live...but I will call them to enquire.
On a separate note, does anyone know the OEM part no for the black edition rotor alloys? Or perhaps you have a pick you can post.
