How much bhp and torque do you expect to gain? Also, how much will it cost?

Prices are on Mrc's website, as far as bhp and torque around a 20% increase, I guess !?

Mines a manual and a launch spec model (reg april '09) so will be interesting to see the results.

Noyjatat wrote:Must be doing more than just a map then to get that sort of horsepower increase. 80 hp normally requires your car to be under performing considerably and a carbon clean in addition to exhaust, filter, remap stage 2, cold feed etc..... Around 470 hp is the highest not SC dyno I have seen on here but I could be wrong.

They'll leave the new RS4 for dead! MRCs S4 does the 0 to 60 sprint it the low 3 seconds IIRC.

Is there not a downpipe upgrade available?

Probably but gains are minimal compared to the massive gains from mapping! I'd just want a big more noise if I moved to a B8 from my non-res Milltek V8....

Look forward to hearing your thoughts once you've got it done. I'm a new S4 owner and lurked for a while before getting the right one for me, with a stg 2 and pulley on my list to do early next year.

Was going to go stage 2 But want to save some pennies for when milltek release their valvesonic exhaust next year.
