Thanks for that bp, i've been using a cloth to apply it so I'll give the pad a go next week.

Thanks, would be fantastic to see them! PS: How is the piano black holding up? Still look as good as the day you picked up the car?

Thanks Nickyboy! Looks sweet!!!!!!! Helps to see it up close. So if you wipe with a microfibre, it cleans up good as new? Also curious what others have said about the piano gauge surround when they've seen it (compared to the standard silver one)? :D

For a journey or two it is fine but then it needs a wipe over and it comes up fine.

Thanks. One last question (promise): When you say it needs a wipe over after a journey or two, are you referring to ALL piano black pieces in the car (e.g., center console, instrument panel/binnacle surround, & door and glove box trim), OR just the areas that you've touched or that get human contact (e.g., center console)?

The dust is so annoying. Prior to these pics I wiped it off the day previous before a 250 mile journey.

Einszett Cockpit Premium (http://www.1z-usa.com/einszett_cockpit_premium.html) and SONAX Dashboard Cleaner (http://shop.sonaxonline.com/product.php ... 250&page=1) are good. I'm told the SONAX has antistatic properties. But honestly, I'm beginning to have buyer's (orderer's) remorse. As much as I love the look of the piano, I'm just not sure I want to spend that much time, or even a moderate amount of time, maintaining, wiping, etc. It's not too late. I can change my order to Carbon Atlas, but it will push back delivery 4-6 weeks. Will sleep on it this weekend... :?

My service manager gave me a good idea the other day. Have you guys ever tried using an aerosolized can of air to remove dust between wipings or cleanings? Just hit it with the air a few times, get on the road and roll down the windows to clear out the dust. Seems smart -- and easy -- to me. :D

I'm sticking with the Stainless Steel Mesh + Piano Black (center console and instrument panel surround), of course!

(PS: We don't have the option of full Piano Black in the U.S. It only comes with the SS Mesh.)
