Any 'good' RS6 valuation website ideas?

Now the kids are growing up, the wife has decided to downsize to S4 (D'oh!) - I have been trying to value the car, but some of the options don't appear to be listed (cermaics for a start....)
Cars on autotrader/Ebay/PH are so varied in price, mileage and spec it is not a like-for-like - anyone recommend a good valuation website? Cheers Dave

Post the spec here and I'm sure there will be people who can offer guide prices. Also worth mentioning if you are pricing to sell, or pricing to argue against getting an S4.

Cheers Guys. Knew someone would know something - like the idea of "£110,000.....oops sorry dear, won't sell, we'll have to keep her" really appeals!
2009, 43,500m, FASH (naturally), Ceramics (obvioulsy with 9.5 x 20" 7 spoke), Solar Sunroof, keyless entry stop/start, side assist, double glazing, power/soft door close (you honestly would think this was a gimmic until we tried the S4/S5 at the weekend and they didn't self close - lame, but true), Valcona leather Pack 2, Digital TV & comms pack, Easy entry steering (cheap, but good for us fatties), ski-bag hole and that is about it. Oh, and winter tyres chucked in (again, I though gimmic but what a difference they make)- currently in tyre hotel!
Even as I type I feel sad. But she must be obeyed. or I will be punished.....
Oh, and exclusive Audi colour - like I said before - "marmite" - you love it or hate it. It will get a 'uh huh' reaction, but everyone we know are either exceptionally good liars or they love the colour.....tip top apart from some alloy scuffs nearside (to be honest, it was mine rather than wifes....that went down well)

wow ... colour is erm ... interesting ... got any better shots ?
colour will hurt the valuation ...
again, go to PhilT's point ... you looking for a private sale or PX ? I suspect the dealer will offer you £35k...

Brakes are great though

Colour is going to be a problem. D_K is usually on the money.

Some people pay good money for that. Maybe keep the car and explore your wifes dominatrix tendencies?

I was going to suggest "grow some balls" and stand up to the wife but then... I guess you must have a humungus set of gonads to be driving around in that colour!

fair play mate it takes all sorts.... get it... allsorts...

anyway, GLWS it will appeal to someone out there for sure - go private. I cant for a minute why stealers try and ignore a set of ceramics... Arnt they a £7k option? Its got to add to the sale price and I for one will buying my next with them on and will happily pay a little extra accordingly.

If you do have trouble selling the car due to the colour, you could always get it professionally wrapped or offer a wrapping serivce as part of the deal once the car has been paid for.
Or buy an S4 badge and stick it on the back. She will never know !!?

Whatcar do valuations - but they tend to be a way off the mark. There is also Glass's guide, which will give you a rough idea and you can pay for an upgraded valuation. I've heard that getting a valuation from Webuyanycar will give you the rough trade/autcion price. The colour will hurt the value - I don't know by how much, but a dealer could very well look at maybe a re-spray :. discount it for the trade value of doing that. I'm not too sure about wrapping cars - I always think what is it trying to hide and what happens if the film starts to break down. I'm sure the colour is like Spirit (or is it Sprint) Blue - which I think tends to look a bit naff in pictures on the internet - but looks spectacular in real life (if not a little too loud for me).

Like like like like like like like.... I'd have a purple one. The most beautiful RS6 I saw was a dark purple metallic in France. I wish I'd bought a new one in that colour now.

Thanks again boys (and girls?)
The colour, like I said, marmite - either love it or hate it. When we saw it on the dealership website, we weren't too sure, but in the flesh she is something else.
When we did Montespertoli to home (998 miles door to door in one hit - and one the way down went 'over the top' - overtaking six cars in one go is just a rush - got in trouble for that one as well....) and didn't even feel slightly tired (sore butt, but that is all)
Like the idea of rebadging as S4 - but the abundance of toys would give it away in an instant. Oh, and the brain at the back of the head acceleration and eye-balls popping out of head on braking may also be slight give-aways.
WHY OH WHY....
OK, plan B - need to swap my nice diesel Volvo for Q3.....keep Suzi (as in Quattro).....
Love the car, love the forum.....don't tell the wife. Plan B is operational.....
