Knocking Noise From Suspension

Having come from an RS4 B& where I had to have all the suspension replaced twice because of the faulty DRC I was hoping and thinking from this forum that this problem did not exist in the RS6 C6. However, in the last couple of weeks there is a real knocking noise / rattling noise coming from the drivers side front suspension when going over a speed bump etc.

The car is due a service in 2 weeks time, so I will see what they say, but has anyone else had issues with the suspension in the RS6?

So I presume nobody has had any issues with their DRC on the C6 RS6?

Yep, offside front outer C.V. was knackered. Replaced driveshaft under warramty. I asked on the other forum and got no response either.

I've had 3 of the shock absorbers replaced under warranty in the past couple of years. Was told they were "developing a leak". When one of the front shocks "leaks" you'll hear extra cluck when going over bumps with that wheel.

Confirmed by Stockport Audi today that DRC system losing pressure from offside front and nearside rear. Car taken off road and relevant parts ordered

After having had this twice with a RS4 was not expecting it to happen with a RS6 4 years on!

Oh not DRC issues on the C6 too! What the hck are Audi development playing at!
