OY08 UPC is going through BCA Bham tomorrow at an Audi Invitation sale.
This will be the 3rd time it's been entered - I can't see how it can be worth more now than back then but we shall see - don't know what it made before.
I did wonder if it was the Evo Magazine long term test car but that ends in UPG, could it have been with another mag?

How very interesting. I have already been offered this car and have agreed a price on buying it from a non Audi dealer. They have taken my 55 plate 997 C4S cab as part exchange and have already taken a deposit from someone for my porker.

I'm intrigued as to what it goes for tomorrow, could you keep me posted? Also do you know if my dealer could have done a deal on the car prior to the 'Audi Invitation sale'?

I'm not going so can't help with what it sells for.
It's not impossible that a deal could have been done direct with Audi UK BUT the auction house rarely allow this.
Are you sure it's the same car as there are many with similar reg numbers?

Yeah its exactly that car, same reg and mileage, I've even been emailed those first two pics. (the bottom pic is evo's OY08 UPG no?)

It has a reasonable spec with Parking system Advanced, Power door closure, TV+DAB, Privacy glass and Voice control from what I remember.

Well thanks for your help. If anyone is going or has access to the auction on line it would be good to know what it goes for!

Just out of interest how come you trust the seller implicitly to buy this kind of car without seeing it?
Also how was the fact it was shot in front of an Audi dealership/offices explained to you?

I was aware it was coming from an Audi sale but was not aware it was an auction, not being in the business myself I have limited knowledge on how these things work. I do trust the dealer as they have sourced and sold many cars for my self, business partner and colleagues. Needless to say I decided against this one in the end and have gone for another model with a better spec, due for delivery next week :)
