TPMS Sensors
TPMS Sensors
Evening all, would welcome any recommendations on suitable replacement tpms sensors. Thanks in advance
Re: TPMS Sensors
I realise this has had a very poor response from the crew, it being an old post with zero replies (really guys, where is the help when people need it, and yes I realise I am also guilty
) but when I had to replace mine I ordered a set from Auto Doc - and could not get any one of the four working so ended up replacing them again !!!!! and getting a refund (of course you dont get the tyre change and rebalance refunded)
So I ended up investing in an Autel TPMS programmer and went with four of their sensors; Faultless, if not an inexpensive fix. However I have used the unit for other fixes since which spreads the cost.
Foot note; Auto Doc never even gave any excuse or apology - just refunded; not helpful

Re: TPMS Sensors
My excuse (not a good one) is that the post was made while I was away from home.
Anyways, I bought a set of Hamaton EU-Pro sensors from UK Parts Direct on that eBay place we have now. Unfortunately, one went faulty pretty quickly - strangely, the only one which was fitted by a 'professional tyre technician'. Could just have been a coincidence (as I often say, if there was no such thing as a coincidence, we wouldn't have a word for it) but you never know.
