Yellow check engine light AND do not exceed 4000RPM

Hi Everyone car seems fine started her on Monday and got "do not exceed 4000RMP" and yellow engine light
Does anyone know what the probable cause is?

Thank you is this a difficult procedure ?
Is this a common problem?
If i get it scanned will the scan say if it LHS or RHS intake.

You'll probably be better off hooking up your car to get fault codes, before you start ripping your car to pieces....

I got to the bottom of it. vermin had eaten the wiring loom within the engine bay.
Now repaired and on the road.
