Took about 2.5 hours all told and was easy.
Hardest part is the under tray.
It's a bit fiddly but not difficult.
If anyone knows the size of the coolant pipes ,I would like to know as we will replace the bad bits with rubber/silicon and probably get some metal one fabricated at a later date.

For some reason I cant load the rest of the pictures .
We replaced the pipes with silicon hose and then spiral plastic hydraulic hose protector.

Try upload them onto imgur or something and then share the link here, I would love to see them

Any problems with airlocks in the cooling system?

Filled it up with coolant ,let it idle for a while and then took it for a run.
Temp started to rise so switched off for a few minutes ,fired her up again and back to normal.

Great work... now you are good with at least 7+ years of worry free motoring on coolant side of things.

While you are doing the job, check the state of your rads as they tend to start deteriorating after 10 or so years.
