Flappy paddle upshift sticking

My flappy paddle is stuck in. Any ideas?

Probably dirt. Take airbag off and disassemble

By doing this you have moved the broken piece of plastic only, it will likely jam up again. I had the same issue with my down shift paddle. You have to remove the air bag and take the trim off the steering wheel to actually access the bolt holding the paddle in. Then you can remove the paddle, take the pin out and separate the parts to fully remove the broken bit of plastic.
