Hi Folks,

Driving the car on the motorway the other night, hit on of those expansion strips in the road, slight hesitation from the car and then
the parking brake fault light came on, followed soon by the ESP and ABS light. Pulled in, hand brake wouldn't work. Switched her
off and back on, no lights on the dashboard, happy days. Few miles down the road and the trio re-appeared.

I can't get her scanned with my mechanic till later on in the week, has anybody had this issue before?

Just an update, brought the car to my mechanic, he diagnosed a wheel speed sensor. Unfortunately a new one didn't
fix the problem despite the old one breaking in half when removing it. Next on the list is a brake light switch to try, if not
possibly the ABS module.

Finally its fixed, turned out to be the loom, which had rubbed on the rear and cracked badly.
