Having trouble making my mind up on , orginally always wanted the saloon but not 100 percent now any pros / cons of each , thanks

Also do we feel that one looks more dated than the other ?

Prefacelift saloon looks very dated now imo. But not an issue with the RS6, as the saloon only came out with the facelift

Saloon is a rarer sight on the roads but be warned-resale value is less than the Avant. Mine struggled to sell and had to really drop the price to get it moving. One reason may be that the RS6 USP is: 'worlds fastest estate' and has very very few rivals. The Saloon version suffers from more capable rivals and that hit the residuals. The RS7 suffers the same issue it seems which is sad as they are both incredible cars.

C6 loon looks better than the C6 avant.

Saloon looks "better" but zipping past super cars in an estate never gets boring

Yeah, folks underestimate avants.

Avant is faster FACT

Avant. As Ian say's its always a chuckle how many people pull into the right lane at traffic lights thinking they'll zip past you. Personally i never considered a saloon, probably not the only one explaining why they are cheap and Audi don't bother offering them anymore.

See the guy you've quoted, the "avant is faster" comment just won't wash in this case. Very soon, if not at the moment, loon looks better, and is faster.

lol I didn't want to say that and sound like a complete <beep> so thanks for highlighting that I'll be an even faster saloon come the end of august
