Request: Identify hose/function

Hello,

During my check of airfilter, I notices this hose broken. (#3)

Attached is both a picture of the hose itself and picture from Elsawin.

However I have no idea of function, and I haven't noticed anything wrong with performance.

Funnily enough mine is starting to do the same!!

I have replaced one of these in my time.

Part of the Secondary Air Intake (SIA) I believe.

Part cost is a few pounds and easy to replace.

Mine eventually caused an error code for SIA, but didn't impact performance in any way.
