How Strange...

No C6 'loon came with the auto boot opening option. It just unlocks the boot and then you manually open it. However, today, when I pressed the boot unlock button, it opened all the way, I tried it another 5-6 times and it's the same again, and again. DK will attest the car doesn't have auto boot.

Can anyone think of an explanation? I'm perplexed. Will try and get a video later.

Could be the gas in the gas struts working better cause of the warm weather.

See, I was thinking something to do with the heat, too. There's got to be an explanation. It opens perfectly, smoothly and completely, just like the the current Audi auto open feature.

It's never done it in my ownership, one of the gripes I've always had with it. Maybe it was broken then, and now it's fixed itself. Very weird. I was certain the C6 loon just didn't come with the feature.

So your dealer spotted it was broke and fixed it whilst the car was with them? Superb!

Hinges/struts didn't look new, but I wasn't really looking at them closely, maybe, the dealer would have told me though.
