Check your bulbs and make sure the connector is firmly pushed in place. If all are well, take the unit out and make sure the tracks are not corroded. Use WD40 to lub the tracks. Failing that then change the whole unit.

Do you speak from experience?
It's been really damp around my way last couple of days and absolutely pissed down over weekend?
I wonder if water has ingressed?

Not from experience Chris...Just some possibilities.
I've changed mine to the newer 2009+ version.

Chris.
if all LED's are dim then it could be a faulty resistor or something in the circuitry. Only way to repair them type of lamps is to split and then find the fault.
Will be easier and cheaper to buy a new lamp rather than try get someone to repair it.
Maybe upgrade like Classba to the newer lights?

New unit fitted all is well.
Can only put it down to faulty circuit board inside light unit?
Or damp?
New Valeo part(same as OEM) £130.
