Noticed yesterday that the head light NOT replaced as part of the DRL failure, but which "had" the 95E1 recall for sealing grommets etc has a lot of condensation in it

Update ...

Service advisor tells me 91E6 .. was "not done correctly last time".. now done ok

Re condensation in the headlights .... Need new Headlight and in normal Audi service .. "we dont have the part in" .. this is after the service manager assured me they would "always have a pre order of possible parts".. so facepalm again back next week

Took mine in to Bradford Audi for them to fix the DRL Failure.

Now it's having TWO new headlight units at £640 each apparently!!

Yeah it is, but for some reason they felt the need to inform me of the cost. They seem to think I care

Numpties applied the 91E6 and the MMI then proceeded to restart itself every 5 minutes. Back again, left it with the dealer and took a loaner. Got it back now, OK so far.....

Yeh, I'm gonna have to book mine in too. Got loads of condensation/droplets inside the headlight unit, hasn't cleared in weeks, even after the grommets were replaced. Batch of dodgy headlight units maybe...

Makes me pee gravel to see that even you guys, who have kindly paid north of £70k to Audi, are granted the same pungent level of service as those of us who are slightly further down the line with our models.

Do any Audi representatives ever poll their Client base? (except for a chortle). Well, I dare you to account for yourselves to the people who ACTUALLY pay your salaries.

(Ranting, having just been through the Audi customer experience today...again)

So who was the sales man - Guy?

He is after teh same deal with us, service has lost out

I have ongoing issues with Sat Nav which has just cost me £250 for an updated disc, lets hope it works

DRL has taken all day and they have kept the car over night

Awaiting head light parts aparently????

Bushy .. yup its Guy who is a Nice "guy" but...... is crippled by incompetency around him

Re headlights .. ask to talk to the service manager .. I tore a complete strip off him previous headlight replacement about how Reading Audi NEVER has a part in and I am fed up about rebooking the car in "yet again" .. was the same for my previous 2 Audis which is why I went Cayenne last time .. he PROMISED me that as headlights where now identified as a "issue" they'd be ready .. seems he lied ... feel free to mention me (Davison .. RS06 TOY)

I know, laughable really. You would get better service from an Afghan burger van.
