Met up with Andy this afternoon and what a nice genuine fella he is.. took him out in mine and I think he liked it. I let Andy tell you how it went. :bigblink:

Took this photo of my car with the newly black optic wrap. ( desperately needs a clean sorry). :drink:

Thanks David so much for your time.

To the others.....WOW

This has to be the perfect 6' from the awesome exhaust note to the alacntara headlining and RS6 buckets.

Exhaust:
Made my miltek sounds like a girls pee shooter, has a deep rumble, not de-cat loud even though it is, and at full chat it sounds like a cross between an R1 and a e60 M5, totally awesome sound!

Engine;
Mine has the MTM map and its quick....but this is another level due to all the engine work. Mine hammers it to redline and drops off high 5k, classbas goes to near on 7k and thats when the next special piece of kit comes into it.....

Gearbox:
Like a DSG is the only way to describe it, it slams the gears in so fast its porsche PDK quick, trust me! meaning you fly to 16x so quick ;)

Add these top level bits to the awesome wheels which look so much better in the flesh, makes the proportion of the car look spot on, especailly with the ceramics. Lots of little bits make this, in my eyes the best you could buy if you need space, and if you dont he has something else which is a weapon!

So all in all, the single most expensive trip ive been on as i now start a list and make calls to start collating bits to try and emulate this car but in saloon form.

You two need to get a room :biggrin3:

That said Classba, your car is coming along very nicely and I'd love a spin in her when she's done(is an RS6 a she or a he?).

Very sadly I'm heading to India for work on the 23rd so won't be around, I'll try to look down to Box Hill from my 747 and see if Classba's car is out running me :bigwave:

So got the car back yesterday from having an oil leak fixed which was infact the oil sensor, also had a headlight replaced and TRUP's bulbs fitted, what a difference!

And just got home after having the boys at totally dynamic give the car 'black optics' which although its dark has transformed the look of the car.

Still lots on the to do list but with the wife due to give us our 2nd child anyday that will no doubt take my focus (and funds) away from mods until after xmas due to the time kids and work take up.

Will try and post up some pics tomorrow once the cars had a clean

Andy, I'd be interested in seeing the lights too mate. Glad it's all coming together now!

Trups:
I think I'd like to do your uprated Xenon lenses at some point Trups, how much are we talking for the bits? Or is this just for the C6?
The interior LED's are spot on, I've got a couple I'll send back to you soon ;)

They are for the c5 also.

I did some for classba's mate who has a c5 and upgraded the bulbs to cbi's. They are great upgrade.

You don't need to up grade the bulbs, we just did to refresh the system.

Clear lens are £49 posted, none in stock for the rs6 projectors till next week tho.

Ah that sounds good, mine need re-sealing anyway so might as well do this at the same time. Can you send me a PM when you get them in?
Thanks mate.
