.

I've seen a saloon the same colour in Pall Mall a couple of times. It is chauffeur driven and I spoke to the chauffeur, he said the owner had swapped his A8 for the RS.
Looked really nice.

why would you have RS and have a chauffeur, apart from picking you up from a good night out.

It did once belong "to a well known person" who (if you believe the Audi dealer......and that is like trusting the Devil himself) purchased for his (now ex) wife to look like a chocolate (purple wrapper, brown leather inside). He was London based and had chauffeurs so is more than likely the same. Reading up on "previous owner" he seems like a really nice decent guy - good taste in motors anyway.

The colour.....it is....unique. Bespoke paint job.

When the wife was buying it she was thinking of prof respray or wrapping, but now after a couple of weeks we love the colour. Really does stand out. Had a couple of kids in a C4 take videos driving alongside down the A23 two weeks ago. You don't get that kind of attention in a Porsche!

Going to take her on a run to Amsterdam in a couple of months, see what the continentals think of the Purple Peril.
