Hi Stevie, I spent 6 months looking. Time well spent. The 'O' ring issue is hard to spot, you're best advised to get it up on a ramp and have a third party examine it, thoroughly. A cheap part to replace but a pain to rectify. Coolant pipes are not a universal problem but given where they are located, if not an actual problem, certainly a potential one. No car at that age will be perfect but really do take your time and where possible, get a second opinion. Folks on this forum are well informed and they would only want someone to get the best out of these cars.
I wrote to my dealer recently after completing a year of no issues with the car. I had 12 months of stress free smiley faced (not Clarkson 'smug' faced) driving. I even had the pleasure of doing my first track day on the Nurburgring. That's another story.
