I've got a C5 scant cause that looks better than the loon. If I was to have a C6 it's be the loon.
You were on about looks, hence my post.

LOL - if you bought the wrong version, I would defend it to, however You keep telling yourself a "Salon" is better :drink: :drink: :drink:

You're a proper Audi fan boy aren't you.
You also win the <beep> of the day award, congrats.
I own a C5 AVANT, not loon.
Had much to drink today??

Not anymore. This was true until 2003. Times have changed.
That's complete rubbish.

There is a very very good reason for this - and its because in saloon guise its nothing special. In the Avant however, it makes perfect sense, and is what makes the RS6 a special car.

To be honest, this forum could do with a little spice, just to wake some people up a bit.

Takes days and days to get any interest and help on here, we are petrolheads and especially in estate form its just so wrong (in a V10 TT should not really be fitted to a family estate) and yet its so right.

Well I'll nail my flag to the mast by saying that I own a saloon which I love but also think the avant rocks as well.
Pissing contests aside there's some great knowledge and advice on these boards.

Ha, we're just having a bit of fun, nothing serious. If I wanted an argument I'd go on piston heads or big brother.

People who have been here far longer and have far more experience with the car than yourself are people you really shouldn't be trying to piss off "with a little spice" if you want any help and advice from them.

I have zero problems with lively debate but comments like "takes days to get any interest and help" only antagonise those who would normally try to be as helpful as possible. As mentioned before, there is only 20-30 active daily posters, so despite being the UK's "biggest" RS6 forum it is still quite small, so replies may take a while but if that isn't good enough for you them sites like Pistonheads etc with 1000's of active posters are probably better for you.

PS C6 Loon looks better for me but the Avant is a bigger shock when it hoons past someone!!!

So you know me and my car history do you....You Don't, and I have a lot to offer.

If I antagonize people, that's fine its just a forum and its nothing personal, but the minute you make a remark, everyone chimes in instantly, Just like this post, so people are active that's for sure.

PS: beauty is in the eye of the beholder (the car you bought clearly)
