Video - The video is filmed in KW's suspension testing facility but there's no info about which KW suspension was fitted (must be KW due to the adjustments being carried out on the top mount) but as there's only 2 types listed for the RS6 by KW and only one for a DRC car I'd say it was the 3521000S set.

KW's - I think the DRC is great for 95% of my own driving where I leave it in "Dynamic" and it hasn't moved for virtually a year. For that last 5% where I find it just too soft even at "Sport", the KW set would be much better. It's a lot of money for a few track days but, if I could currently afford it, I would buy a set as it does everything my current DRC setup does plus the "extras" which DRC can't. If, however, I was using the different DRC modes regularly (rather than only using 1) I would stick with DRC.

I can understand the need for replacing DRC with coilovers & ARB's irrespective of DRC use from my C5 days when the DRC was being replaced what felt like weekly but, when you consider just how reliable the stock C6 DRC is now, you may end up replacing a single strut and never touching the system again.

Oh really? Could you possibly give me a number? I’ll give them a call, Newcastle isn’t too far from me and if you’ve had your own car in a few times that would be great place to start for me![/quote]

Happend me aswell, twice, thought it was the shocks both times.
Left and right preassure hose just inside of the rear wheels.
Cost about £350 each side, good luck!

How did it go?
Oh yeah i remember that when this happend to me it didnt indicate any fault in the system, the car just felt like riding an old boat in the sea!
Dealer told me to avoid speedbumps or go very soft on them otherwise you could ruin the shocks.

I have yet to investigate it, its been sat in the unit for the last few weeks SORN'd as i just havent had time or the cash to put it right with everything else going on.
If i get an hour spare this weekend i'll get the wheel off and have a look! as im starting to miss the thing now!

Tom, rip her apart and diagnose, then put her together slowly but with TLC and she'll give you another 100K, especially with your knowledge of this beast.
