Hi John,

Thanks for the heads up but I wouldn't TT my R8 GT. IMO, it is perfectly powered 612ps/ 606nm and balanced which I can utilise fully and by TT it, it will be harder to drive on the limit.

I know you have a TT Gallardo and hats off to you for going that route but for me, I'll leave it as is. My RS6 has 9xxPS for the straights and now that I am used to the power, I have come to terms that a more focus well balanced car is more awarding to drive overall.[/quote]

Hi classba, :bigwave:

A little off topic, but I can confirm driving TT lambo anywhere near the limit can get very scary.
Everything just happens so much faster

On an autokhana run last year, got better circuit times standard than when TT'd

A gazillion WHP doesn't help much on short tight twisty circuit!

However, in keeping with your byline that "too much power is never enough", I will stick with the tt Gallardo

I did try out a Huracan over the easter long weekend and it is very fast, handles like glued to the road and impressive. Fantastic DCT gearbox and carbon ceramic brakes.

A colleague here in Perth traded his R8V10 plus for a Huracan- gratuitous photo attached- and we cant keep the grin off his face

So try one if you haven't yet.

I tend to agree with top gear that "the Huracan drives you and you drive a Gallardo or R8V10."

just my two cents worth.
cheers,
john

Hi John,

Thanks again. Sadly, Im not a fan of the Huracan's shape and I'll take the white car from the photo anyday lol :).
Too much power is barely enough.
