Post by 9kade » Sat Mar 21, 2015 8:03 pm

Hi all any one can help me my original cut off valve (blow off) is broken because of the high pressure air that comes from the boost so where can I find heavy duty cut off valve so It can take the high pressure

I'm no expert on the C6 RS but genuine Audi blow off valves are usually more than adequate and generally more reliable than aftermarket options. If it was mine, I'd be buying new oem parts

The blow off valves cannot be changed on their own, they are part of the air filter boxes. I'm running 9XX ps and have no issues with stock oem ones running 1.4 bar of boost.
Too much power is barely enough.

It's function is to cut/blow off pressure >X bar/psi. It's not broken because of that. Perhaps due to particles in the system?

Did you fix it? If so what was the problem?
