Well, boot no longer opens all the way from the fob. Audi had the car for a few hours, told me it doesn't have that feature. (It does.)

Worst thing, after telling four different people in the department NOT, to clean it. They've 'cleaned' it. Was fuming.

Hate it when they cant even follow a simple instruction... they think they're doing you a favour by washing it. Hope you don't have much swirls.

Nothing worse the a dealers valet guy washing your car, they've just no finesse at all.
Car in for mot monday and ive already expressed my dislike of the car being cleaned by there master valet technician haha

Regarding your boot, mine does open fully sometimes and sometimes just a bit, when in at perth audi mentioned it to technician and he was adamant it does not have this option, but greased the hinges anyway which seemed to help, if you notice the 2 small black rods on the bootlid that help push the lid open are spring loaded, have like a phillips head on them. Ive tried turning them to see if it changes the compression on the spring, you tried this?
