Cracked START button - advice to fix
Cracked START button - advice to fix
Hi all,
Any advice on the best way to fix or replace my START button? I haven't had the car for long so the previous owner must be very heavy fingered!
Cheers

Probably someone trying to start it when they left the key in the house and got a bit frustrated;)

+1 Take the opportunity to replace for a 2010 version as they are much nicer IMHO. About £40 from your local stealer if I remember correctly.Golfather wrote:http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... it=starter

Thanks for the replies folks.
I have taken advice from all. I will be replacing with the original one ...then ... thinking about reaplcign the whole car with a 2010 model and get the nicer new START button
