reverse bulb

i have 1 reverse light out and there is no bulb in the light. any ideas. is it a new light?

previous: RS2, RS4 2.7, RS4 4.2.
Current: S8 PLUS

You only have 1 reverse light. The other is a blank.

that would be why i cant find the bulb. how you supposed to see when reversing
