Hi guys,

I have a 2007 B7 RS4 with the DVD sat nav and apparently using vag-com you can program it to show the lambo logo on start-up.

Does anyone have the slightest idea how to do it? I'm absolutely stumped......

Yes you can do it... but as sonny says..... "why" ?

You can set the RNS-E on a 2007 RS4 to show RS4 on start-up - much more appropriate than a raging Italian bull.

The RossTech wiki is your friend if you really want to give it a go: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... art_Screen - change the 2nd number in the main coding, and set it (I think) to standard start up screen in channel 18

It's actually a very good quality logo on the later 193 spec (2010+) RNSe, and was a bit of fun (well, for a day, until I put it back to normal), but as the others say, if you have the original RNSe, setting it to the RS4 logo is much more worthwhile

You can't actually do it on a B7 it won't let you change the digit past 3, 1 is std start up screen, 2 is s4. 3 is Rs4.

i was actually wrong here - if you go into radio or nav controller and set make as lambo the symbol comes up on the start screen.

i just reset mine back to RS4
