I think 3rd is a different ratio on the RS4 box. Your boost looks very high. Your timing is
good in the midrange but poorer in the higher RPM's - probaly due to the amount of boost you
are running. Your cf's are pretty low so I don't think you are retarding too much.

Thanks JonnyX Do you think the intake temps and the timing will be related?
Would the retarding indicate reasonably good fuel then?
Am i being silly trying these tests in this weather?
Maybe no need to answer the last question.

FATS on an RS4 is different because 3rd gear is shorter than an S4 3rd gear!!!!!

Even so, I can get a FATS time of around 3.2s on my stage1 RS, so you may well have an issue Gordon. Having said that the current climate will not help your times - possibly wait until it a bit cooler?

Gordon's car doesn't like being out of the Audi dealers...it just performs badly if taken too far away from Chester...

I am very concerned. It may be my petrol so I will use a different supplier.
But I am puzzled.

Basically I am at WOT from 2k rpm but the logs show 100% at 3700.
Why is this is it bad fuel or is mt TB Broken.
I re set it but it barley changed anything.

My fats are not good. My maf readings are not what they should be.
Maf and dvs are brand new boost if fine.

logged the cfs here are the results

absolutely no engine fault codes.
Car did pull 191% load and 364 maf from 6000 on words when running right.
Cannot understand reasons behind the drop , and poor fats,
Can any one help.

Fats time of 5.27s on a totally stock car other than the custom MRC map. Outside temp was about 23C, half a tank of optimax and a few bits n bobs in the boot. Does this seem ok?

Cheers,

Jez

Jez - seems very good to me - if you take a look at the MRC FATs database, you'll see that it beats my best run (done at 18C) and I've got RS4 exhaust with gutted precats.

Thanks for the replys guys :)

Good to know the times are reasonable. Wasn't really sure what times to expect with not many people logging FATS for purely mapped cars...
